Privacy notice — Steel AI← Steel AIEarly-access privacy notice
Steel AI, operated by Jordan Shadowens, collects the details you submit to the developer waiting list or enterprise inquiry form to manage access requests, issue limited test credentials, and respond to your inquiry.
Submitted information is stored using Google Cloud and Firebase services. Firebase Authentication manages account passwords; the Steel portal does not receive or store your password. Test API keys are stored as hashes and displayed only when issued. Operational security counters use a hash of your connection IP and time window.
We do not request your LLM credentials, model weights, customer documents, or private project code through these forms. Do not include secrets or sensitive customer data in an inquiry. Hosting and authentication providers may process operational connection logs.
Waitlist and inquiry records are retained while needed for your access request. To request correction or deletion, open a privacy request through the enterprise inquiry form, including the account email. Signing up permits contact about your access request; it does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
This preview uses no advertising trackers. Your sign-in token is kept in page memory rather than browser persistent storage. Contact requests and account data are not sold.
